Czon Has Been Teaching Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga And Ashtanga Yoga Since 2008. She Is A Registered Yoga Teacher With Yoga Alliance (US) And A Diploma In Yoga Teaching (UK). In 2010, She Obtained Another 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Certification On Ashtanga-Based Teacher Training With Two Of The World’S Leading Yoga Teachers, Clayton Horton And Dylan Bernstein. She Was Also Featured In Many Yoga Performances, Such As The Leisure And Cultural Services Department’S Event And Mercedes Benz Launching Promotion.

She Is Also Working As A Freelance Personal Trainer And A Pilates Teacher At Many Top Tier Venues, Such As The Hong Kong Club, The Helena May, Island Shangri-La And The Upper House. 

Since She Was Certified In 2009, Czon Has Never Stop Upgrading Herself, Including But Not Limited To, Certificates In Polestar And BASI Pilates Matwork, Exercise Ball Instruction, Power Plate, TRX Suspension Training.  

Recently She Has Also Acquired Her Certification In Functional Movement Screen (FMS), And Was Among The Very Few In Hong Kong Qualified To Conduct This Movement Assessment And Prescribing Corrective Exercises. None Of The Less, She Is Now Studying For Her Master Degree In Sports And Leisure Management In The Hong Kong Baptist University.

Her Philosophy In Training Is That A Balance Between Flexibility And Strength Must Be Maintained For All, And She Places Great Emphasis On Fundamental Motor Skills, Movements And Mobility.  With A String Foundation, One Can Always Improve Their Performance Or Pick Up New Sports Skills And Techniques With A Much Lower Risk Of Injury.
